Student suffers serious chest injuries after Queensland school incident
A high school student has been rushed to hospital in a serious condition with chest injuries after a suspected stabbing at a school in the Bremer Valley near Ipswich.
The school, Rosewood State High School, was put into lockdown and a second student was also injured, but only suffered a minor hand injury.

Police were questioning a third student.
Emergency services were called about 11.40am to the school on Lanefield Road in Rosewood, about 45 kilometres south-west of Brisbane.
Critical care paramedics and the Queensland Ambulance Service medical director Dr Stephen Rashford attended the scene and treated the patients.
The seriously injured male student was rushed to the Queensland Children's Hospital with puncture wounds.
The injuries were not believed to be life-threatening and the school was locked down "for a brief period", according to a police spokesman.
Education Queensland has been contacted for comment.
