News of the top bosses stepping down comes two months after Tigerlily wiped its social media channels clean to prepare for a brand shake-up.
Mr Buchanan, who has been with the brand for two years, said the company had been undergoing a 'brand audit'.
'Over the last 20 years, we realised girls don't come to buy a piece of clothing, they come to buy a piece for their adventures. We help them to make memories,' he said told The Australian at the time.
At this stage it's not clear why Mr Hill and Mr Buchanan left the swimwear and bohemian fashion brand.

Meares then sold the passion project for $5.8million to Queensland-based swimwear label Billabong.
Billabong went on to sell Tigerlily for 10 times the price - or an estimated $60million - to Crescent Capital Partners in 2017.
