Mangaluru: A man has been booked under the Pocso Act for sexually assaulting a schoolboy in Vittal police station limits on Wednesday.
According to police, the incident took place on Sunday. The accused, a daily wage earner, lured the boy with eatables, took him to an isolated place, and sexually assaulted him. The boy disclosed about the incident on Monday when he was unwell. A case has been registered, and the police are on the lookout for the accused. tnn
