The BJP is weakening its hold from several states one by one. BJP has lost power in 5 consecutive states like Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, and Jharkhand, so can the BJP take power by 2024?

The 2014 general election was won by the BJP with a majority. At that time the BJP's performance was highly praised due to the Modi wave. By 2016, BJP dominated the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha in 2 years. BJP also won in 2019. This is because the BJP also worked and there was no face in the Congress that could compete with Narendra Modi and take over the responsibility of power.

By 2019, the BJP had lost many small elections. Many decisions taken by the BJP were also fiercely opposed, including demonetization, GST, Kashmir stonewalling, etc. But after this, the BJP also did some things which again got hold of power including the issue of Ram temple, Kashmir, Pakistan.

In 2019, BJP realized the situation and captured issues like Section 370, Ram Mandir, Pakistan. At present, Congress is the time to sit in the opposition and the time for BJP to work. Looking at this, it can be said that Congress hardly won the elections even in 2024. Because there is still no such face in the Congress on whom the people trust and vote for the Congress. If the BJP fulfills its promises and remains firm on them, there is little chance of Congress returning in 2024.
