Jaipur: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is now going to give a big gift to the people of the capital Jaipur. Ashok Gehlot will dedicate UNESCO Heritage Certificate to the citizens of the city in a ceremony held at Albert Hall on Wednesday.

UNESCO Director-General, Audrey Ajoule will also be honored at the ceremony. Giving information about this, Director of Tourism Department, Dr. Bhanwar Lal said that an audiovisual presentation based on World Heritage City, Jaipur will also be presented at a ceremony to be held in Albert Hall, Jaipur on Wednesday.

He said that in September last year, an MoU was signed between the state government and UNESCO, whose main objective is to develop 10 new cultural tourism sites in the state.

Under the INTENGENAL HERITAGE PROMOTION project, 1500 artists from four districts of Jodhpur, Barmer, Jaisalmer, and Bikaner in western Rajasthan will be able to directly benefit. The cost of this project is 70 million. It is noteworthy that the city of Jaipur was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in the year 2019.
