KEAM 2020 online registration begins, check how to apply

The online registration process for the KEAM 2020 (Kerala Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical courses) entrance examination started on February 01, 2020. The students who wish to get admission to Professional Degree Courses in Engineering, Agriculture and Medical stream are advised to visit the official website - cee.kerala.gov.in - to register and submit online application form for the same. The last date to apply for the KEAM 2020 exam is February 25, 2020, and the last date of certificates uploading (except nativity and date of birth proof) is February 29, 2020.

How to apply for KEAM 2020?


Here's step-by-step guide on how to apply for the KEAM 2020 exam:

1) Registration: Open official website - cee.kerala.gov.in - and enter your own or parent's Email ID and Mobile Number to register.

2) Fill Application: After registration, fill up Basic Details, Communication Details, Academic Details, Reservation Details, Annual Family Income in the online form.

3) Pay Application Fee: Pay the Application Fee online or by Paying Cash using e-Challan at selected Head and Sub Post Offices.

4) Upload Images and Certificates: Upload Candidate's Photograph and Signature adhering to the specification. Upload PDF format of Date of Birth proof and Nativity proof. Other supporting documents for Communal Reservation, Special Reservation and Annual family income may be uploaded before the stipulated time. Original of all Uploaded Certificates should be preserved and produced as and when demanded.

5) Print Confirmation Page: After completing the online submission, take a printout of confirmation page for future reference.

KEAM Ranking & Admission Process

Engineering Courses: Engineering rank is prepared by giving equal weightage of 50:50 to the score obtained in the Entrance Examination conducted by CEE for Engineering and the marks obtained in the final year of the qualifying examination for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together, after effecting the standardization procedure as described in the exam brochure.


Pharmacy Course: B.Pharm Rank list will be prepared on the basis of Index mark calculated from the score obtained in Paper-1 (Physics & Chemistry) of the Engineering Entrance Examination.


Medical & Allied Courses: Admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BSMS, BHMS, BUMS, Agricultural, Forestry, Fisheries and Veterinary courses will be based on NEET-UG 2020.


Architecture course: The Architecture Rank list will be prepared by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations by giving equal weightage to the marks obtained in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), conducted by the Council of Architecture, and the marks in the qualifying examination.
