A dozen of the world's best performance cars congregated at the Vandenberg US Air Force base close to Lompoc, California for MotorTrend's annual world's greatest drag race, its ninth instalment down a 4.5km-stretch of runway.
Some of the high performance vehicles included in the race is the McLaren Senna, Aston Martin DBS Superleggera, Lamborghini Urus, and the Dodge Challenger Hellcat Red Eye Widebody.
But there's a twist... not only did the team see which car gets to the quarter-mile (400m) distance the fastest, they also wanted to determine which car was fastest at the half-mile (800m) mark too.
