KANPUR: The craze for online fame, getting likes and followers has landed two minors in trouble after they posted a video brandishing guns while gyrating on a popular Bollywood item song.
The two minors made a video and uploaded it on internet. In the video, the two are seen dancing to Bollywood item number ' Tamanche pe disco' while brandishing country-made guns.
The video went viral on social media on Sunday after which police launched an investigation. A senior police official said, "Police are in process of identifying the two minors spotted dancing with country-made guns." Police sources, however, said the video was shot somewhere in Chabileypurwa area of Chakeri.
"A video of two minors has gone viral on social networking sites wherein they are seen dancing with guns somewhere in Chabileypurwa area of Chakeri. A police team is scanning the video. We will soon apprehend the two," said inspector Chakeri Ranjit Rai.
"A case under relevant sections of IPC will be registered against them after thorough investigation," Rai added.
