Best Instagrams of this week: Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and Priyanka Chopra

From the 2020 Grammys to celebrating Republic Day, here’s a peek at the stars' biggest moments from the past week

Come Monday, most of our social media feeds were dominated by posts of celebrities walking the 2020 Grammys red carpet. With the entire Jonas clan in attendance, Priyanka Chopra didn’t miss the opportunity for a family photo at the Staples Center in LA, which was the venue for the awards night. Another star who made headlines this week was Billie Eilish, who took home five Grammys this year: Best New Artist, Song Of The Year, Record Of The Year, Album Of The Year and Best Pop Vocal Album. Eilish celebrated her wins with her followers with a picture of her holding her awards, and expressed her disbelief in the caption. “FIVE ARE YOU KIDDING,” she wrote.

Closer to home, Bollywood celebrities marked the 71st Republic Day on their Instagram profiles. Ranveer Singh shared a collage of the poster of his new film, ’83, and a throwback photo of the Indian cricket team that won the World Cup in 1983. Vicky Kaushal, on the other hand, celebrated the day by following through with his annual traditions and playing cricket in the compound of the building he grew up in.

With February just around the corner, celebrities have also already begun sharing loved-up pictures of themselves with the significant others. Sonam Kapoor Ahuja posted a sweet moment with her husband, Anand Ahuja, which was captured during their latest photoshoot, and Anand jokingly compared the post to a stereotypical prom picture in the comments, requesting for a more ‘bad-boy’ photo next time. Meanwhile, Channing Tatum shared an adorable snapshot with his girlfriend, Jessie J, announcing that they had rekindled their romance.

Super Bowl Sunday is also coming up this weekend, which will see Jennifer Lopez and Shakira on stage together for the first time. While prepping for her performance, Lopez was visited by her daughter, who dropped by to spend some time with her during rehearsals. The Insta album Lopez published also gave us a sneak peek of her much-awaited performance.

Following the tragic loss of Kobe Bryant and his daughter, Gianna, earlier this week, Bryant’s wife Vanessa, who had temporarily made her Instagram account private, shared a family photo with an emotional message. She not only thanked everyone for their support, but also revealed that the Mamba Sports Foundation has set up a MambaOnThree Fund to support the other families that were affected by this tragedy. Scroll ahead to catch up on all the celebrity updates from the week that went by.
