Congress' Himachal General Secretary Quits Over New Block Committee Chief
Vinod Sultanpuri said he sent his resignation to Congress chief Sonia Gandhi on Monday, but has not received any intimation from the party high-command yet.
Vinod Sultanpuri resigned citing that an "outsider" was appointed as Kasauli block committee president.
