2019 Cadillac CT6 Gets $4,000 Discount For Cars Delivered By September 30

Cadillac is looking to clear its inventory of 2019 model year CT6s and, to that end, has announced a generous, $4,000 discount for the luxury sedan.

The incentive, reported on by GM Authority, runs through until the end of September 2019, with all buyers provided with a $4,000 cashback offer or an interest-free financing offer for 36 months through GM Financial. Current Cadillac owners and lessees can receive a $2,500 CT6 discount, while there is also a lease offer worth $,1000 for current GM lessees with Ally, U.S. Bank or FM Financial.

Interested buyers must take delivery of their CT6s by September 30th, 2019 to be eligible for any of the offers and must reside in the United States. The CT6-V, though, is excluded from the incentive program.

Without any of the discounts applied, prices for the 2019 CT6 start at $51,490 for the entry-level Luxury model. Prices for the Premium Luxury jump to $59,090, while the Sport rises to $67,590 and the Platinum is available from $87,790. Apply the $4,000 discount, and you can get a CT6 Luxury for as little as $47,490, a Premium Luxury for $55,090, a Sport for $63,590, and a Platinum for $83,790.

The Cadillac CT6 may not survive much longer as, in August, Cadillac confirmed that its future relies heavily on whether the United Auto Workers union can negotiate a new contract with GM. The car manufacturer’s current plans call for the Detroit-Hamtramck plant to be shut down at the beginning of 2020, effectively killing off both the CT6 and the Chevrolet Impala.
