Man stabbed through car window south of Brisbane
A man was rushed to hospital on Sunday night after being stabbed through the passenger window of his car at Logan.
The 33-year-old man had been driving with a woman at Yarrabilba in Logan when a group of people armed with baseball bats began to follow them in a white Holden Commodore.
About 8.30pm, the couple turned into Darlington Drive before two men got out of the Commodore with baseball bats.
"One of the men has stabbed a 33-year-old man through the passenger window," a police statement read.
"The alleged offender is described as Caucasian, tall, skinny with short brown hair and was wearing a white long-sleeved shirt.
"It is believed he was travelling in the white Holden Commodore with a female driver and another man and woman."
The couple's car was not stolen and a police spokeswoman said the groups were not known to each other.
The 33-year-old was taken to the Princess Alexandra hospital for treatment of his non-life-threatening injury.
Police were investigating.
