New Delhi 23 September, 2019: ŠKODA AUTO India introduces the Corporate Edition across the premium SUPERB and KODIAQ model range. The KODIAQ Corporate Edition and the SUPERB (DSG) Corporate Edition offers a modern-emotionally rich design, a high degree of functionality, interior space, innovative safety solutions, superlative ownership experience and unparalleled ‘Value for Money’ proposition.

The ŠKODA KODIAQ Corporate Edition features a bold interplay of elegant lines, sporty contours, and robustness which sets it apart from the others in its segment. The vehicle gets a chiselled hood, massive and elegant front butterfly grille with chrome surround and distinctive adaptive headlamps with LED DRLs. The black roof rails exhibit the adventurous nature of the KODIAQ Corporate Edition. The wheel arches are slightly angular – a key element of the ŠKODA’s SUV design language. The rear lights also feature the C-shaped design that is typical of ŠKODA. This SUV from ŠKODA comes equipped with 18-inch alloy wheels with disc brakes, featuring inner cooling in the front, ensuring a secure and pleasant drive every time. The KODIAQ Corporate Edition opens up new vistas with the electrically-adjustable panoramic sunroof, which enhances the feeling of space.
The front view of the ŠKODA SUPERB (DSG) Corporate Edition is characterized by a wide radiator grille, an elongated bonnet, wide headlights, and razor-sharp front fog lights. The perfectly balanced proportions, the large glass areas, and headlamps sweeping around the sides lend the car’s profile an extraordinary visual presence and emotional appeal. The rear of the car depicts a skilful play of convex and concave forms. The dark brushed décor with the stone beige leather upholstery uses the dialect of elegance that reflects the glorious ŠKODA history and design language.
‘SIMPLY CLEVER’ SOLUTIONS
The interiors of the KODIAQ Corporate Edition and the SUPERB (DSG) Corporate Edition is characterized by high-quality workmanship and ergonomically placed functions. The large circular instruments have a precise and clear design. The Three Zone Climatronic, which has its own control panel for the rear seats, and are further proof that ŠKODA always offers a little bit ‘more car’ for your money. The front seats can be adjusted electrically and includes a memory function, which adjusts itself to the riders need for seamless comfort. The ŠKODA KODIAQ’s rear seats are extremely versatile: they can be folded in the ratio 40:20:40, can be adjusted by 18 cm to ensure optimum space for passengers in the second and the third row, the angle of the backrest is also individually adjustable.
PERFORMANCE
The 2.0 TDI (4×4, AT) diesel engine in the KODIAQ Corporate Edition generates 150 PS (110 kW) of power and 340 Nm of torque. Whilst returning a fuel efficiency of 16.25 kmpl with acceleration figures from 0-100 km/h in 10 sec and a top speed of up to 194 km/h. The all-wheel-drive has an electronically controlled multi-plate clutch which allows the KODIAQ Corporate Edition to venture off-road.
The SUPERB (DSG) Corporate Edition is offered with the powerful 1.8 TSI (AT) and 2.0 TDI (AT) engines, generating 180 PS (132 kW) and 177 PS (130 kW) of power, with 250 Nm and 350 Nm of torque, respectively. The 1.8 TSI (AT) engine returns a fuel efficiency of 14.81 kmpl and the 2.0 TDI (AT) returns a fuel efficiency of 18.66 kmpl. The petrol and diesel engines reach a top speed of 230 km/h and 226 km/h respectively, accelerating from 0-100 under 9 seconds.
