Volunteers137 came together on Sunday morning to conduct
plantation drive at the
Central Park in
Sector 137. The drive called 'Illness to Wellness' was organized by Assocham Foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility. The aim of this Plantation Awareness Drive is to spread awareness about the ill-effects of air pollution to maximum people and make children understand the importance of plants from an early age.
“Residents of all age groups from different societies came together for the initiative. We believe that the future is in our hands and we need to start now to save it. We planted saplings which included Neem, Ashok and Amaltas,” said Abhisht Gupta from Volunteers137.
