Cult horror film director Shyam Ramsay passes away at the age of 67 in Mumbai

Filmmaker Shyam Ramsay, one of the seven Ramsay Brothers fondly remembered for the cult horror films such as 'Puraani Haveli', 'Koi Hai' and 'Veerana', passed away in a Mumbai hospital at the age of 67. Ramsay, who had been reportedly suffering from pneumonia the past couple of days died on September 18. The late filmmaker is survived by his two daughters. Last year in December, one of the other Ramsay brothers, Tulsi Ramsay also passed away at the age of 77.
