What REALLY happens to your luggage: Stunned holidaymaker films EasyJet baggage handler KICKING suitcase and aggressively hurling bags on to conveyor belt at Malaga airport
- EXCLUSIVE: Luke Eastaff waited an hour for his luggage after landing in Spain
- The 33-year-old peeked behind a barrier and saw a handler tossing bags around
- Footage even shows the handler kicking one of the cases onto the carousel
An EasyJet baggage handler carelessly hurled bags on to a conveyor belt and even kicked a suitcase on the carousel at a Spanish airport, video footage obtained by MailOnline has revealed.
Luke Eastaff and his fellow passengers had been waiting in frustration for their bags to appear after they arrived in Malaga nine days ago.
After waiting for over an hour, hospitality manager Mr Eastaff poked his head behind the shutters to see what was going on - and was horrified to see how one of the handlers was treating passengers' luggage.
The airline last night said it was sorry 'if it didn't feel' as though his bags were being handled properly.

Holidaymaker Luke Eastaff, who is from the Isle of Man, took this footage of a baggage handler at Malaga airport in Spain recklessly hurling luggage around
In the footage, the airport worker can be seen tossing one of the bags on to the conveyor belt and then giving another one a kick with his right foot.
He proceeds to toss several more items of luggage on to the carousel, unaware that he is being filmed from behind the barrier.
Mr Eastaff, who is from the Isle of Man, had travelled with the budget airline on an early-morning flight from London Gatwick.
He said he had seen more than one of the workers had been treating passengers' luggage with contempt, although only one of the baggage handlers is visible in the footage.
The 33-year-old told MailOnline: 'On Sunday, September 8 I flew into Malaga airport.
'After being kept for over an hour in baggage reclaim awaiting our cases, I peered through the shutters to where the baggage handlers were giving back our suitcases onto the conveyor belt in a very aggressive manner.

'All wearing EasyJet jackets they were throwing our cases over aggressively and kicking them aggressively also.'
'A member of our party went to seek help but could not find any staff in the baggage reclaim area.
'She had to leave the baggage reclaim area to the main airport concourse and there could only find a Menzies [airport services] staff member who called through to EasyJet.
'The Menzies operator was told by EasyJet staff that they would not be long coming, however this was after one hour waiting already.'
Mr Eastaff said his own luggage was not damaged.
An EasyJet spokesman said: 'We work closely with all of our airport partners to ensure our passengers' bags are handled securely and quickly.
'We apologise if it didn't feel this was the case to the customer in this instance.'
