Karnataka Congress leader DK Shivakumar has been sent to judicial custody on Tuesday. Special judge Ajay Kumar Kuhar directed the Enforcement Directorate to take the grand old party leader to hospital. On the other hand, the ED said that the probe was yet to be completed and sought permission to question him during judicial custody. Shivakumar's counsel sought his bail on medical grounds. Appearing for Shivakumar, senior lawyer Abhishek Manu Singhvi said that the Congress leader 's health was a serious concern and he should be granted bail.
