In a boost ot the BJP and Shiv Sena alliance in Maharashtra, sources say that the Raj Thackeray-led outfit MNS may not contest the state polls scheduled later this year. The ruling alliance seems to be in the driver's seat with many top leaders of the Congress and the NCP jumping ship to join either the Shiv Sena or the BJP. Now, with MNS deciding to stay away, the saffron combine's votes are likely to consolidate further.
