A ruckus erupted in Bihar's Buxar district when a man started arguing with the policeman over not following traffic rules. Rajkamal, a resident of Buxar, stopped ASI Roshan Kumar on the way and asked a question about not having a helmet, on which ASI grabbed the young man's collar and said, "How dare you ask me questions?" After this, the policeman took Rajkamal to the police station and put him in lockup.
