Long queues due to roadworks
There are massive delays on the main carriageway heading westbound due to roadworks.
Slow traffic is reported in both directions between J23 A547 Abergele Road (Llanddulas) and J22 Promenade (Old Colwyn). Travel time is 12 minutes.
