The District Collectorate will conduct a free camp for employment in private sector on its premises on September 13.
In a press release, Collector K.S. Palanisamy said that employers from various private companies would be present and the job seekers can participate with their employment exchange registration card and biodata. Participation in this camp would not nullify the employment exchange registration number, the release said. Literate persons, postgraduates, diploma holders from Industrial Training Institutes are eligible to participate in the camp.
The camp will take place at the District Employment and Career Guidance Centre, Room No. 439 at the District Collectorate. Candidates can rectify any corrections in their employment exchange registrations and can apply for Unemployment Assistance Scheme if applicable. The camp will begin at 10.30 a.m.
