Chief Secretary S.K.Joshi has directed the officials of various departments to take required measures relating to pending questions as the Budget session started from September 9.

Mr.Joshi held a review on the pending questions raised in the Legislative Assembly and Council on Monday. Apart from providing answers to the pending questions, special focus should be paid to the questions raised in this session. The officials of various departments should coordinate with Legislature Secretariat staff and reconcile the answers to the pending questions. Steps also be taken on the issues raised in special mentions and assurances gives in the House by the government.

Special chief secretaries Ajay Mishra, Rajeshwar Tiwari, Adhar Sinha, Shalini Mishra, Somesh Kumar, principal secretaries Ramakrishna Rao, Jayesh Ranjan, Sunil Sharma, Rajiv Trivedi, Vikas Raj, Parthasarathi, Shashanka Goel, Sabyasachi Ghosh, and secretaries and other officials attended the meeting.
