NTA CSIR NET December 2019: Registration begins today
NEW DELHI: National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct CSIR - National Eligibility Test(CSIR-NET) December 2019 December 15, 2019. The interested candidates who would like to appear for CSIR NET December 2019 can apply online from today i.e., September 9, 2019.
The last date to submit online applications for CSIR UGC NET is October 9, 2019. From this year onwards, NTA will conduct the CSIR NET examination. A notification on CSIR website reads “ CSIR-UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) & Eligibility Test for Lectureship/Assistant Professorship will be conducted through National Testing Agency in Computer Based Test (CBT) Mode.”
NTA will issue the admit card for CSIR UGC NET December 2019 on November 9, 2019. The CSIR UGC NET 2019 would be conducted on December 15, 2019, and results for the same would be announced by December 31, 2019.
NTA is conducting CSIR NET for determining the eligibility of Indian Nationals for the award of Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) and for determining eligibility for appointment as Lecturer (LS) in the areas of Chemical Sciences, Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, Physical Sciences. The award of Junior Research Fellowship to the successful eligible candidates will depend on their finding admission/placement in a University/ National laboratory/ Institution of higher learning and research, as applicable.
