Gangland widow Roberta Williams faced court seeking permission to move into a new house.

The 50-year-old mother is currently on bail amid allegations she kidnapped and threatened to kill a reality TV producer who was helping her create a show based on her life.

Williams attended Melbourne Magistrates Court on Monday for a brief administrative hearing to change her address, as per her bail conditions, after she was freed last month to care for her autistic son.

She appeared in court alongside her current partner, a dog trainer who draped his arm around her and again agreed to remain as William's surety.

Should she miss a future court appearance, her partner would lose the $10,000 he posted on her behalf.

The widow of murdered underworld figure Carl Williams faces several serious criminal allegations linked to the production of a reality TV show about her life.

Wearing a turtleneck top, grey tartan trousers, white sneakers and holding a Louis Vuitton purse, Williams indicated via her lawyer she didn't require changes to any of her other strict bail conditions.

Last month, she was granted bail to look after her eight-year-old autistic son Giuseppe - who she had with Rob Carpenter. He requires around-the-clock care.

She must reside at the same address, report daily to police, adhere to a curfew, not associate with her co-accused and not contact witnesses.

Williams' new address details were not revealed in court on Monday.

Williams was arrested at a house at Strathmore a month later.

She and Dhakota, the daughter she shared with Carl, previously lived at his family's Essendon home until they were evicted in September 2018.

In December, she failed to block the Australian Taxation Office auctioning the house in a bid to pay off an almost $1 million debt left by Carl's father.
