Former Australian Ninja Warrior star Paul Lyons has died at the age of 50.
The reality TV star's family confirmed the decorated sportsman and dual Olympian had passed away suddenly in his sleep at his home in Victoria on Sunday.
Fighting Lyons Fitness, the family business where Paul was head coach, shared the new of his death to its Instagram account.

'It is with the heaviest of hearts that we pass on this news to our patrons,' the post stated.
'This morning, beloved head coach Paul Lyons passed away suddenly but peacefully in his sleep. We are still in shock.
'Fighting Lyons will be closed for the next few days while our family processes and grieves this terrible loss,' the message stated.

Paul (pictured with his wife Dani) was a decorated sportsman and dual Olympian, who represented Australia at the Barcelona Olympics in 1992 and then again in Sydney, 2000
Paul, a dual Olympian in Taekwondo, represented Australia at the Olympics in 1992 in Barcelona and then again in Sydney, 2000, before being awarded the Australia award for services to sport and inducted into the sports hall of fame in 2000.
Friends and family took to Instagram to pass on their condolences to Paul's family, with one person writing: 'Paul you taught me so so much. You will be missed. Rip.'
'So sad - he will he missed, always made time our kids and gave more than what he took. A true local hero,' another person stated.

A third person added: 'RIP Paul, you were a true gentleman.....This is very sad news.'
Paul's devastated wife and his friends have paid tribute to the 50-year-old by setting up a charity fundraising page to give him the send-off he deserves.
'Paul provided both life and health coaching for individuals and teams looking to improve their skills, fitness and achieving success in their individual pursuits,' the message stated.

A follow-up post on the Fighting Lyons Facebook page stated: 'We are overwhelmed by the message of love and condolences coming in for our beloved Paul Lyons.'
'Paul's death was tragic and unexpected, and the family are struggling with the prospect of life without him,' the message concluded.
