Young girl is dragged into a van by a stranger and sexually assaulted after walking down the street in broad daylight

A teenage girl was allegedly sexually assaulted after she was dragged off the street and into a van.
The 15-year-old girl was walking on International Avenue in Salisbury North in Adelaide on her own just before 2.30pm on Sunday, when a man approached her in a white van.
Police allege he forced her into the van and then sexually assaulted her.

The teenager is working with police to help identify the man or identify the van he was driving.
Her aunt pleaded with friends and family on Facebook to keep an eye out for anything suspicious after the attack.
'Please keep an eye out for anything or anyone acting suspicious and be aware of your surroundings,' she wrote.

She said the van had dark tinted windows and curtains and that her niece recognised paint cans in the back.
The teenage girl also said her attacker had dark skin.
Police are appealing for anybody with information to come forward.
