Noida Authority carries out sanitation drive

Noida Authority carried out designated safaigiri (sanitation) drive across sectors 11, 19, 52 and 8.
NOIDA: Noida Authority carried out designated safaigiri (sanitation) drive across sectors 11, 19, 52 and 82 where residents were apprised on sanitation measures including keeping their environments clean, saying no to plastic and ensuring segregated waste disposal. While residents joined authority officials in cleaning their sectors, local sewer and drain problems were addressed on spot. Residents were also administered the Swachhta oath by officials who were accompanied by members of AG Enviro Pvt Ltd, the agency dealing with door-to-door waste collection in the city and Adarsh Sewa Samiti.

While authority officials Avinash Tripathi OSD, KK Aggarwal general manager, RK Sharma project engineer (PE) public health department, visited Sector 82, SC Mishra senior PE, Salil Yadav and Mukesh Vaish senior managers, Yogendra Sharma, president Federation of Noida Residents Welfare Associations (FONRWA) organised the drive in Sector 52.
Similarly, in Sector 19, Vijay Rawal PE public health department, RP Singh senior manager and RWA members carried out an awareness and sanitation drive in the sector, followed by AK Saxena senior manager, Gaurav Bansal assistant project engineer (APE) public health department and Noida Entrepreneurs Association(NEA)members participated in the safaigiri exercise industrial sector 11.
