Could they walk? The Block's Scott Cam and Shelley Craft spark fears they will QUIT the show if Channel Nine 'fail to secure them bigger paychecks'
The Block's hosts Scott Cam and Shelley Craft are reportedly joining forces in a bid to win themselves bigger paychecks from Channel Nine.
According to New Idea, the presenting duo are looking to 'renegotiate their contracts with the network' after realising how much is being spent on next year's series of The Block.
The move has allegedly sparked fears Scott and Shelley could walk away from the renovation series, if their demands are not met by Nine.

Insisting the pair are two of the 'smartest hosts in the business' when it comes to approaching contract negotiations, a source told the publication: 'Scott and Shelley are banding together to get more money.'
The source added that the pair purposely waited until after auditions for The Block's 2020 series and their call for more money was spurred by producers' snapping up a costly new project for the show.
Next year's series of The Block is set to feature an old nursing home in Brighton, Victoria, and has been dubbed the show's 'most ambitious and expensive' yet.

The price of the property is allegedly what prompted Scott and Shelley to reconsider their current contracts with Nine.
'The amount made Scott and Shelley sit up and take notice and start negotiations for 2021,' the insider claimed.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted a spokesperson for Channel Nine for comment.
