Two motorists who fell into the flood waters at Gonnekoppa bridge near Kulageri village of Bagalkot district were saved by local residents.
The motorists, who were on their way to Kannur village from Kulageri, lost control while crossing the flooded bridge.
The local residents, who noticed this, decided to save them. By bringing a locally stationed earthmover, the drowning men were saved and brought to safety.
