Bhopal, 9 September 2019: Bhumi Pujan was performed this morning for the upcoming four day eighth Bhopal Vigyan Mela to be held at BHEL Dussehra ground between 13 and 16 September. Bhum Pujan was attended by Dr. Avnish Kumar Srivastava, director CSIR-Ampri, Bhopal; Dr. Jai Prakash Shukla, Senior Scientist and Secretary, Bhopal Science Fair; Dr. Anil Kothari, Professor Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Ashok Pandey, Dr. Upendramani Shukla and Dr. Rakesh Pandey.
On this occasion Mela organising committee secretary Dr Jai Prakash Shukla informed that four day Mela will witness knowledge and fun activities such as display of science and technology models, science quiz, scientific seminars, screening of science films, science drama, debate, student-scientists interaction, skill workshops, award ceremony and cultural programmes.
