The gorgeous two-story home has been the perfect setting for secret rendezvous, blazing arguments and emotional rose ceremonies - and since filming for the show began there, the price for the property has soared.

'I'm from the Northern Beaches, so I know that property and that area well,' Buyer's Agent Peter Kelaher from PK Property told realestate.com.au.
'In terms of renting, it'd be hard to say - but it could have been around the $4,000 mark.'

Worth a fortune! Many of the properties on Neighbours - including the iconic number 28, (pictured) home to the Kennedy family, are worth around $900,000
Ramsay Street
The legendary residential street has been at the centre of many of Neighbours' wild storylines over the years.
While the street is set in the equally fictional suburb of Erinsborough, the actual street lies at Pin Oak Court, in Vermont South - and the house owners allow the film crew to shoot external scenes in their front and back gardens.
Perhaps one of the most iconic of the homes is number 28, which first home to Des Clarke when the soap began in 1985, and later to Daphne Clarke and the Willis family who moved in from 1990 - 1994.

According to a property expert, the home is worth around $900,000 - and was purchased back in 1978 for $62,000.
Upside Realty chief executive and founder Adam Rigby added to news.com.au: 'A few neighbouring houses also used in the show sold recently for closer to $870,000, which is consistent with median values in the area.'

Kath and Kim's home
The four-bedroom home in Patterson Lakes, Melbourne, was made famous in the hit mother-daughter comedy Kath & Kim, which ended in 2007.
The property at 4 Lagoon Place was the home to many iconic moments during the show's run, and although it's not the most aesthetically pleasing property on the list, it did sell for a seven-figure price tag in 2016.
In homage to the show's army of fans, the new owner told Sunrise she opened up the doors to the house on August 31 - before she began completely renovating it beyond recognition.
