NEW DELHI :
LinkedIn has listed OYO Hotels & Homes as the top startup to work for in 2019 after dertermining the actions of over 60 million professionals, with health and fitness firm Cure.Fit coming in second.
“This year, the world’s third-largest hospitality chain, OYO Hotels and Homes has retained its pole position on the list by expanding its services across 80 countries and becoming a decacorn in 12 months," LinkedIn said in a release for the second edition of its top 25 startups list for India.
The hospitality chain was followed by Cure.Fit, which has forayed into international markets and garnered $100 million in annual revenue within three years of inception, the professional networking portal said.
Professional consultation platform TapChief was a new entrant to the list, making its debut at the third spot.
Payments solutions company Razorpay came in third as the company renewed its interest in strengthening its neo-banking and lending products following a $75 million fund raising.
Bike-sharing start-up Bounce was fifth on the list, having established itself as the world’s fastest growing bike sharing startup just 10 months after launching dockless scooters.
“Our data shows that these 25 companies collectively created about 18,000 jobs in the past year, and are expected to create more than 19,000 new employment opportunities in the coming 12 months," Adith Charlie, India managing editor, LinkedIn said.
