While the long sleeve is often looked at as a more traditional cut, both Rekha and Ileana D’Cruz gave the silhouette their own spin. While D’Cruz paired her full-sleeved blouse with a lehenga skirt, creating the illusion of a gown, Rekha picked a regal purple blouse to complement her traditional sari.

Kurta + sharara + sheer dupatta = the perfect festive formula. We love how Athiya Shetty opted for a muted colour, but made sure to include some shine in her OOTD. That see-through dupatta allowed the work on her Tarun Tahiliani kurta to shine through, and kept her ensemble light and easy to manage.
