Chevron Lays Groundwork for Venezuela Exit Before Waiver Expires

(Bloomberg) -- Chevron Corp. appears to be laying the groundwork to leave Venezuela in the event that the U.S. declines to extend a waiver allowing it to continue operating in the country.
