Britney Spears's ex-husband Kevin Federline has reportedly filed a police report claiming the pop star's father, Jamie, physically abused one of their sons.
The bombshell claim was made by The Blast on Tuesday afternoon - just hours after it was revealed that Kevin had won 70 per cent custody of the two boys he shares with Britney - Sean, 13, and Jayden, 12.
A law enforcement source purportedly told the publication that Kevin 'walked into a sheriff's station last Sunday, August 25, and filed a police report against Jamie Spears alleging battery on his minor son, Sean'.
The source would not detail the injuries that were inflicted upon the boy, but the alleged abuse is said to have occurred the previous day when Sean and Jayden were in Britney's custody.
Britney is known for being close to her father, Jamie, 67, who has had conservatorship over her in the state of California since she entered rehab back in 2008.
The legal guardianship allows Jamie make decisions about Britney's personal and financial affairs.

Back in June, he also filed for conservatorship over Britney in their home state of Louisiana.
The Blast's bombshell report comes after TMZ revealed earlier in the day that Britney has reached a new custody agreement with Kevin. It's unclear whether Jamie's alleged abuse has any baring on such an outcome.
The new agreement states that Kevin has been granted custody of the boys in the amount of 70 percent.
That leaves the blonde hitmaker with only 30 percent custody.

Before this couple had a 50/50 child custody split. She was last seen on social media with her sons in August at Disneyland in Anaheim, California.

This new child custody arrangement became official on August 28, according to court documents obtained by the site.
The arrangement is not new, however.

The 70/30 split has been in place since August, the site claimed. It was a test period, it was alleged, to see how the boys would adjust.
When Britney does get her sons 30 percent of the time, she will not need to be supervised, the site claimed.
She was married to Federline from 2004 until 2007. In 2013 he married Victoria Prince and together they have children Peyton Mari and Jordan Kay.
Last year: In November she posed with her sons and added the caption, 'Every year i come back to this tree. It’s beautiful!'
He also has daughter Kori, aged 17, and son Kalebm 15, with Moesha actress Shar Jackson, whom he was with from 2001 until 2004.
In 2008 Spears suffered a mental breakdown that put her in a 5150 hold in Los Angeles after an incident at her LA mansion.
Kevin stepped in and took care of the children, getting full custody. Britney was placed under a conservatorship that was overseen by her father. That conservatorship is still in place.
When Britney got better she was allowed to see her sons on a regular basis in 2008.
But last year she had trouble with her mental health again and had to get treatment.
TMZ has claimed, 'Britney has struggled over the past year with her mental health, in no small part because the medicines she was taking for her mental health condition stopped working.'
She seems to be doing fine these days as she goes on vacations and shopping trips with her mother Jamie Lynn and her beau Sam Asghari, 25, a personal trainer.
But the site added 'she still struggles.'
This means that she has not been performing and instead is focusing on her own health.

In late August Spears seemed down when she shared a post to Instagram.
The message said, 'Pay close attention to the people who don't clap when you win.''
Her caption read, 'Living in LA is such a trip !!! It can be lonely at times. You never know who to trust, and some people can be fake. I have a very small circle of friends, and simply do what makes me happy !!! It breaks my heart to see the comments on my posts sometimes .... so I simply choose not to look anymore ... let the clever haters do what they do best .... hate!!!'
