A commuter who parked his utility vehicle at a train station returned after a long day of work to find all four of its wheels stolen.
Tristan Smith parked his Isuzu DMax at the Tallawong Metro station in Rouse Hill, western Sydney, at 5am on September 29.
When Mr Smith returned from work at about 4pm, he found his vehicle propped up on cinder blocks with all of the tyres missing.

Tristan Smith left his car in a Rouse Hill train station car park while he went to work, and returned to find all four wheels had been stolen
'It has been an absolute nightmare,' Mr Smith told the Rouse Hill Times.
Mr Smith said he heard rumours of other people whose tyres were also stolen from the train station.
'I was devastated, I couldn't believe it had happened to me, because that morning we read a post on social media about wheels being stolen from cars at Tallawong Station.
'I have been warning other people about the risk of parking at the metro, it could happen to anyone.'

One person who commented shared an image of another vehicle whose tyres were also stolen at the same train station while others said police need to increase security
Mr Smith's colleague, Shane Hogan, posted an image of the vehicle on Facebook and said: 'Apparently it is happening everyday.'
One person who commented shared an image of another vehicle which had also been targeted by thieves at the same train station, while others said police needed to increase security in the area.
'Hopefully security will increase if this is indeed happening regularly,' wrote one man.
'That's pretty extreme to take your wheels with you on the metro to prevent your car being stolen,' another person said.
NSW Police said they would be increasing patrols in the area.
