An 18-month-old boy found dead inside his family home was a 'bubbly little boy' who loved playing with his brother, his distraught relatives revealed.
Jaidyn Gomes was discovered dead inside the home at Langwarrin, south-east of Melbourne, about 4pm on Monday.
His mum Stacie Amy Saggers, 35, and another man were arrested at the scene and are being interviewed by Victoria Police over the incident.

The toddler's distraught grandmother spoke at the family home on Tuesday morning, remembering the fun times her grandson spent at her home.
'When I had him, he was always full of cuddles,' she said.
'(He was a) bubbly little boy. I found Jaidyn to be outgoing. It's really sad.
'He liked trucks. He had a little old plastic truck at my house, he would constantly play with that.'
Neighbours claimed they heard Ms Saggers shrieking in terror moments before her son was discovered dead.
Homicide detectives and emergency services arrived at the home about 4.10pm on Monday after receiving reports that a child was injured.
Paramedics performed CPR on the toddler, but he could not be revived.

Neighbour Craig Blackwell said he heard an argument for about half-an-hour before police arrived at the house.
'Very quickly the argument turned to hysteria and you could tell something had happened,' Mr Blackwell told the Herald Sun.
'She was screaming, shrieking in terror.'
Mr Blackwell said he often heard screaming and arguments from the house.
He said last Friday at about midnight he approached the home to tell them to be quiet.
'A couple of blokes in the house at the time said for me to get f***d or they would bash me,' he said.
Another resident, who lives across the road, said the woman was hysterical when police handcuffed her.
The resident's partner said shortly after the tragedy, a woman arrived at the house claiming to be the grandmother of the children.

'She [the grandmother] was distraught,' the neighbour told The Age.
'She didn't know what had happened. She was asking to see the kids.
'I don't care about her (the arrested woman), just let me see the kids.'
Neighbours said the arrested woman had lived at the rental property for less than a year, but they were not aware if she had a partner.
Police said the arrested pair are assisting with enquires.
