Videos of men dancing while holding beer bottles in dry Gujarat go viral

SURAT: Police on Tuesday launched probe after videos of some men dancing with beer bottles in their hands went viral on social media.
The video is believed to be from Walled City area and was shot on Sunday night while bringing the Lord Ganesha idol for installation at the mandap. These men are seen dancing in an inebriated condition while holding beer bottles.

"Police are examining the videos and those seen in the clips are being identified. Police have started the process to register an offence," said Surat city police PRO.
Sources in police informed that the video was shot in Golvad area of the city which is notorious for illegal liquor trade in dry Gujarat.
