Odisha CM sacks six government officials for graft

BHUBANESWAR: Chief minister Naveen Patnaik on Saturday dismissed six state government officials and stopped pensions of four retired employees after they were convicted by the vigilance court in corruption cases.
According to an official statement issued by the chief minister's office, a junior clerk, an assistant and a junior engineers, a veterinary doctor and two panchayat executive officers were dismissed from the service.
