Johannesburg – UK singer Ellie Goulding and partner Caspar Jopling have officially tied the knot.
The couple, who announced their engagement in 2018, said "I do" at the York Minster Cathedral on Saturday.
According to the BBC, couples who wish to wed at the cathedral must have a "connection" to York Minster and also qualify for a "special license to marry there" – criteria which Ellie and Caspar met.
The publication also reports that the wedding reception took place at Castle Howard, about 24km from York.
Ellie arrived at the venue in a blue Volkswagen minivan, covered in flowers. The singer, who battled with heavy winds upon arrival, was dressed in a custom Chloe gown, says USA Today.
The star-studded event saw Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, as well as their mother, Sarah Duchess of York, in attendance.
US singer Katy Perry was also spotted arriving alongside Orlando Bloom.
According to TMZ, other UK celebs who made the guestlist include Sienna Miller and James Blunt.
