Being under PMAY, if the homes are in Rs 45-lakh bracket, it will lead to price correction. In MMR, there are 2.9L unsold units. If 1.09L more units come in, it will impact the prices. The builders will have a tough time when such a huge supply will be available in Sanpada as it will impact the market in Panvel. This is a good sign for people on central and Navi Mumbai belt.
