There is too much noise about gloom and doom. It is time we looked at the positive part of the announcements made by finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman. Frontloading of recapitalisation of banks will keep them ready to lend should there be a heightened demand for credit. Additional Rs 20,000 crore for housing finance companies will also add to the positive sentiment. The issue right now is about Sentiment and it is turning positive
