TIRUPATI: The riches of the wealthiest Hindu temple in the country further grew in the form of a donation received by the TirumalaTirupati Devasthanams from Reliance industries on Sunday.
PMS Prasad, the chief executive officer and member of the board of Reliance Industries extended a donation of Rs 1.11 crore towards Sri Venkateswara Nithya Annaprasadam trust of the TTD on Sunday.
After offering prayers to Lord Venkateswara at the Tirumala temple, Prasad handed over the donation in the form of a demand draft to TTD's special officer AV Dharma Reddy at the Ramganayakula Mandapam.
