The engine of Visakha Express, a daily express train of the Indian Railways connecting Secunderabad to Bhubaneswar, got detached from its coaches. The incident happened between Narsipatnam and Tuni railway stations on August 19.

The train's engine got uncoupled from its 25 coaches and travelled at least 2 kilometers without the coaches.
