MUMBAI: A stray dog was found dead with its neck twisted, eyeballs popping out and blood dripping from his private parts across the ONGC Colony at Bandra-Kurla Complex on Saturday morning. A case against an unidentified person has been filed at BKC police station. The dog's front limb was tied to a cloth.
A journalist who spotted the canine said it was possibly dragged with its legs tied to a vehicle. The blood that was oozing out was fresh. A friend of the journalis informed the Bombay Animal Rights and post an appeal for help on social media.
The carcass has been sent to BSPCA for a post-mortem. The police said they will check CCTVs from the area to get leads into the case.
