Mission Mangal is having a great run at the box office since the time it released. The film which hit the screens on Independence Day 2019 minted Rs 28.50 crore approx on its opening day which was Thursday. The film also recorded the highest Sunday of the year by making Rs 27.50 crore approx. It was reported that within five days of its release Mission Mangal will definitely enter Rs 100 crore club and yes it did!
As per reports in Box Office India, the film made Rs 8.50 crore approx on its first Monday and it witnessed 50% plus drop from Friday's collections. However, the business is still steady and the total collections up until now are Rs 105 crore. The film has made it to the top three hits of 2019 alongside Kabir Singh and Uri - The Surgical Strike. Moreover, the ticket price was dropped in multiplexes which also led to a drop in box-office collections.

Mission Mangal marks the directorial debut of Jagan Shakti and it's produced by Cape of Good Films, Fox Star Studios and Hope Productions. The film stars Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Nithya Menen, Kirti Kulhari, Sharman Joshi, H. G. Dattatreya, Vikram Gokhale and Sonakshi Sinha in the leading roles.
