Cops bust two prostitution rackets in Mumbai

MUMBAI: Two flesh trade rackets were busted in two separate spa-salons in Mulund and Vile Parle, and the city police rescued 11 girls who had been forced into prostitution.

In the first incident, The Thai Villa, Authentic Spa, in Vile Parle, was raided. The owner and manager were found running the racket. Six girls were rescued. Additionally, Thailand nationals had come to the country on visas that did not allow employment.
In the second case, a 26-year-old man, Pawan Pandey, was arrested for running the racket at Bliss Spa and Salon at LBS Marg, Mulund (west). Five women were rescued. Police are looking for four individuals accused in this case.
