Sanya Malhotra has always been fond of dancing — after all before finding her way into films she had participated in Dance India Dance. So, it’s not surprising that the Badhaai Ho actress considers dance as part of her fitness routine.
“The fact that I love to dance and love everything associated with it, has never been a secret. I wasn’t a trained dancer but always passionate about it. I dance almost every day at home and if I have time then with my choreographer friends, too. Besides that, I do CrossFit and functional training five-six times a week.”
For the Dangal girl, fitness means health and not a recipe for a certain body type that she wants to flaunt.
