UN Security Council Chief Refuses To Comment On Pak Letter On Article 370

Pakistan on Wednesday decided to unilaterally downgrade bilateral ties with India and suspend all bilateral trade activities in the aftermath of the scrapping of special status to Jammu and Kashmir.
