One student died, three others injured when all of them travelling from Tadipatri to Anantapur on two motorcycles collided on Thursday morning.

The deceased has been identified as Vamsikrishna, 17. The incident took place at Maddalapalli in Narpala mandal when Vamsikrishna could not control his vehicle while negotiating a curve and dashed against railing on the left and skid hitting the other motorcycle.

Narpala Sub-Inspector Phanindra Reddy said two of the injured Md. Kashim and Sheshavali were sent to Government General Hospital in Anantapur.
